Enter by completing and submitting the entry form or click here and follow the simple instructions. Submit photos either by email or standard mail. Entries must be submitted in the English language. Entrants must be sure to submit digital images of the Makeover that includes a before and after shot taken from the same direction and include a distinguishing feature of the home or landscape. Entrants may submit as many different Makeover projects as they want but only one prize will be awarded per entrant. Only entries submitted in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration.
Contest is open to dealers and installers of Tara Liners. Entries must be original to entrant and not be submitted to or published by any website or any publication. Each entry may be published in any medium by Tara without additional compensation to winner. Entries cannot be acknowledged and become the property of Tara Liners upon receipt. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Tara Liners to post entrants' submission on line, for Tara Liners to use entrant's submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion; provided, however, that the names and street addresses of entrants will not be provided to third parties. Tara Liners may use names, city and state to promote the entries. Each winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity, grant of rights and liability release to be returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent, or another winner may be selected.
Selection of Winners: From all eligible entries received, the staff of Tara Liners and the visitors to www.taraliners.com, who will be able to view and comment on entries during the Contest period, will contribute to the selection of winners. Final decisions will be made by the Tara Liners staff, whose decisions are final in all matters. The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen based upon number of votes received and overall quality of the makeover project and submitted material.
Prizes: First, second and third place prizes will be awarded based on the final vote count. First place will win a Tara Pool Liner (up to 524 sq.ft.). Second place will earn $200 Off their next liner and third place will have a choice of either 5 Gallons of Stain Barrier or a Tara Pool Template.
General: Tara Liners shall have no obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or that do not comply with these instructions; (ii) entries, prize claims, or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind; (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any award or resulting from the acceptance of any award. Tara Liners, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site or otherwise disregarding these instructions. Tara Liners further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the "The Ultimate Makeover Contest" if it cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort.
All materials submitted in connection with entries to Tara Liners "The Ultimate Makeover Contest" become the property of Tara Liners upon receipt and cannot be returned. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.
This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
Winners' List: The names of "The Ultimate Makeover Contest" winners will be available after October 18, 2010. To enter the Ultimate Makeover Contest ("Contest"), entrants must provide a digital photo (the "Digital Image") of their Makeover and acknowledge their acceptance of the following: For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant Tara Liners Inc. and its website (collectively, "Tara Liners") the right to use the Digital Images on the website located at http://www.taraliners.com (the "Web Site"), and the ongoing right to use or authorize the use of the Digital Images and my name and information in the advertising and promotion of the Web Site and the Contest. I acknowledge Tara Liner's right to crop or treat the Digital Images at its discretion and also acknowledge Tara Liner's right to choose to use or not use the Digital Image at any time. I understand that once the Digital Image is posted, it may be downloaded by any computer user, and therefore agree as follows: * I will not make any claims against Tara Liners arising out of its use of the Digital Image, including, but not limited to, claims of defamation, invasion of privacy and copyright infringement. * I agree to indemnify Tara Liners and to hold harmless Tara Liners from any claims that may be brought against Tara Liners as a result of the use of the Digital Image by Tara Liners and any other computer user. * My heirs, executors, administrators and assigns shall be bound by this Consent and Release.
